“Reserved a double queen with a sofa and when arrived only got a double queen. Had to put 2 teen and a 9 yr old in one bed. When I asked for an extra pillow they didn’t have any. Asked for extra towels and they did provide them. They don’t have full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles only tiny .75 oz ones and one of each. Location is great as we were driving through. Pool facilities where great. Nice restaurant on site.we had our dog and they are pet friendly.”

“The property was great for the price and conviently located along my route of travel . The room was very comfortable . I slept well . The locals , on the other hand knew that I wasn't from there and made me feel it . I felt that I wasn't welcome . I will not stop in Joplin again during my travels and I encourage anyone who may be black , brown , Asian , native or you are not from Joplin , to keep on going .”

“They over booked themselves. This was a very special weekend. All hotels within 30 miles radius are sold out for Marian’s Day weekend. At the arrival. No one there to check in. All they have the sign with the name and phone numbers. I called them 15 times. Left the voicemail and even texted them. Nothing. They’re ghosted. And charged me for the night that I didn’t even receive any service.”

“I asked to my room cleaned 4 times and also put the door hanger on my door for several days and no one cleaned the room once.”

“I was very disappointed. I stayed in a two bedroom suite. The kitchen appliances need to be replaced. There was trash left behind from the person before me. I was very disappointed”

“It must be the cleanest motel room i have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Frig, coffee maker, microwave, nice shower, a bathroom mirror with remarkable lighting adjustments. Quiet. The staff was so friendly too.”

“I did not like the room that has a lot of insects, the restroom is so dirty and the breakfast is not foods for customer to eat.”

“My only ding: When in the room and others on the floor close their doors, the room doors latching is loud. Biggest positives were (1) The window shades block all outside light. (2) I did not hear any outside noise; which was a problem with another hotel 10 days prior. (3) I could set the AC fan to blow continuously. Positives allowed me to get a good night's sleep.”
